Notice To All IWFF Members:



Ever wonder how you can help with the festivals? Here's your chance. We know
there are a lot of talented, knowledgeable, spirited ladies in our
organization. Do you have an item, meeting the donation criteria listed
below that you would like to donate to the annual fundraiser auction? We
would love to experience the diversity of items as well as having you
participate in the Festival this way, even if you aren't able to attend.


Are you an Artist? Author? Tie flies? Seamstress? Woodworker? Guide? Lodge
owner? Make soaps? Do Needlework? What ever your niche, we are hoping you
will share your items and help make this an exciting festival. All donors
will be listed on out website as our way of saying "Thank you" for your time
and support.


Criteria for Individual Donations to the IWFF Festival Auction

The Board of Directors of the International Women Fly Fishers is asking
members to consider making personal donations of items for the 2006 Festival
Auction. The following are the criteria for such donations:

1. The item must be new
2. The item(s) cannot be solicited from outside sources or manufacturers
3. The donor can put no conditional provisions on the item(s)
4. The item(s) is/are non-refundable
5. The item(s) can be fishing related or not, but must be of interest to
women
6. No blatant advertising is allowed, but a business card or flyer may
accompany the item.

All donations must be accompanied by a regular IWFF donor form, which
members can obtain by e-mailing Pat Magnuson at pemagnuson@comcast.net .
Items and the donor form must then be mailed to Karen Kukolich, Festival
chair, at the address on the form by October 1, 2006.
