Have you ever wondered how you can help with the Festivals? Well, here’s your chance. We know there are a lot of generous, talented, knowledgeable and spirited women in our organization. If you have an item, service or idea that you would like to donate to the IWFF annual fundraiser, please let us hear from you. This is one way for every member to participate in the annual fundraiser and help support the ongoing events and services provided by IWFF. Membership dues cover only a portion of the annual budget that provides you with our Newsletter, Website, Rendezvous, International Gatherings and Festival. So please consider donating something for the silent or live auctions to be held at the Festival in Bozeman this September.
Perhaps you are an artist, film maker, author, collector, home chef, wine maker, shopper, fly tier, seamstress, wood or metal worker, potter, custom leather designer, fishing guide, lodge owner/manager, soap maker, jewelry maker, song writer, you name it! Whatever your niche, we are hoping every member will donate at least one item to our auction.
Please consider making a personal donation of items that are new or gently used. The items are non-refundable to donor. If you have a business related to your item, please include a business card or brochure.
Attached is a donation form. Please complete the form and send it along with your item to our Festival Chair, Pam King at IWFF 2011 Festival, 23 E. Main Street, Bozeman, MT 59715 no later than September 1st, 2011. Your donation will be greatly appreciated and acknowledged on our website’s donor page and in our Newsletter.
Together, we can build a wonderful organization!
