Yvonne Graham, IWFF President and co-owner of Baja on the Fly along with her husband, Gary Graham, author of "A Woman's No Nonsense Guide to Fly Fishing Favorite Waters", was also former co-director of the National Coalition of Marine Conservation, West Coast in the early 80's, and co-founder of Friends of Fishing, an organization that introduced under-privileged children to sportsfishing.

Pudge Kleinkauf, Pudge Kleinkauf, Web Site chairperson for IWFF, has owned and operated Women's Flyfishing®, an instruction and guide service in Alaska for more than fifteen years. She serves on the pro staff of Ross Reels, Patagonia, and Mustad Hooks.

Fanny Krieger, Fanny Krieger, co-founder of the Golden West Women Flyfishers, founder of IWFF with the first festival in San Francisco in 1996, certified FFF casting instructor and inducted in the Northern CA FFF Council Hall of Fame in 1997. Fanny enjoys the friendship that have come through flyfishing around the world.

Nancy Zakon, Outreach Chairman. An FFF certified fly casting instructor and Orvis Freshwater Advisor, Nancy was joyously inspired to begin and organize a women's fly fishing club in New York City, and now in the Florida Keys, home of the wonderful saltwater fly fishing, She is inspired to begin yet another.

Liz Watson, Newsletter Committee Chairman. Liz is a FFF Certified Master Flycasting Instructor who lives in Washington, especially enjoys saltwater fly fishing, and is a member of Northwest Women Flyfishers.

Pat Magnuson, Membership Committee Chairman. Pat is a wife of 1, mother of 2, grandmother of 3 who is enjoying a 2nd childhood through fly fishing.

Karen Kukolich CFO of IWFF.  Physical Therapist and Charter Boat Captain, Karen has been saltwater flyfishing for 18-20 years and hold several Saltwater Flyrod world Records.

Jodi Pate holds 17 flyrod world records for big game fish, was named 2000 IGFA angler of the year, and, when not fishing, Jodie works as President of WorldWide Loans and Mortgate, Inc. and sells real estate.

Sandie Arnold is a fifteen year flyfisher here in Alaska. She is active with Casting for Recovery and has served for nine years as the treasurer of the Alaska Flyfishers.

Dawn Foley is Founder of the Dame Anglers Women's fly fishing club and member of FFF, also graduate of the Joan Wulff Instructors school. Have been fishing for approximately 6 years. Avid freshwater fisherperson but also like to fish the salt. Past experience in a number of capacities 
with the Fred S. Burroughs chapter of Trout Unlimited.
